I started as a General Contractor. I know what it's like to wake up at 5 AM, manage crews all day, and handle estimator calls. I also know the pain of getting home at 7 PM only to spend 2 hours replying to leads that came in 3 days ago.
I was losing deals because I was too busy working meaningful jobs. Marketing agencies kept selling me "leads", but they just sent me spreadsheets of tire-kickers.
"There has to be a system for this," I thought.
So I built one. I combined my background in construction with real estate investing logic. I automated the follow-up. I built AI to filter the junk. I created dashboards to see the truth.
